W wydanym z tej okazji komunikacie prasowym LPR napisano: "Europa i świat nie mogą nigdy zapomnieć o straszliwych zbrodniach i zniszczeniach, jakie były wynikiem II wojny światowej wywołanej przez Niemców Parlament Europejski jest jedną z tych instytucji, gdzie prawda o zbrodniach niemieckich powinna być szczególnie przypominana narodom europejskim ku przestrodze przyszłych pokoleń."

| Thursday July 10th2008. - Speech Maciej Giertych | | Speech for the debate with president Sarkozy on the French presidency,prepared,but not delivered. It was proposedin due time but the neededone minute was not allotted. Then after the approvedspeeches there wasan attempt to participate in the "catch the eye"procedure but presidentPoettering chose to note 6 other speakers ignoringsequence. Being firstto be noted by the president's secretaries proved futile.

| Paper for UNEC meeting in Paris 7th June 2008 :Traditional Catholicism in Polish public life - | | During Soviet times Poland was very effective in defending its Catholic identity. At the Eucharistic Congress in Munich in 1960 there was a poster showing a map of Europe with a dagger dividing it along the line of theGerman-Polish border, and east of this dagger there was an inscription "Kein Platz für Gott" - no pace for God. This was not true. West of the dagger wasthe German Democratic Republic which would much better fit the description as aplace without God. (#) Poland managed to stay faithful to God in spite of the communist rule. The communists tried to battle with the Church. Priests, bishops and finally the Primate, StefanWyszynski, were imprisoned. This has only strengthened the Church. People prayed for the Church and found refuge in the Church from all the unpleasantness of every day life.

| Tangibles for Poland | | On June 11th 2005 in Radom's "Resursa Obywatelska" took place an assembly with professor Maciej Giertych - EMP and the candidate for the Presidency in Poland - as a special guest speaker sharing his views on various political and social subjects. The host Witold Balazak - Counselor of the Mazowieckie Voivodship - welcomed all 250 people gathered and introduced the distinguished guest enumerating his life-long achievements.
